The goal of this flow was to provide information to new contacts about all lens designs available as well as additional business services IOT provides. As new contacts traveled through the flow there were lead qualification criteria to show level of interest.
02 — Creative process
Since IOT is based in the EU and have to ensure to be in line with GDPR regulations, we designed a email automation to be very specifically interest based to be providing information. After a contact filled out the website contact form they would receive an initial email inquiring on what additional information they were looking for or if they wanted to contact sales. After this email they would be filtered based on their actions taken in the first email and geographic location to assign their contact to the correct member of the sales team.
03 — Results
Since the flow was deployed, 154 contacts have entered the workflow, which so far has had a 14% conversion rate of turning these new contacts into qualified leads.
