Our aim was to improve the customer experience as well as reduce the number of inquiries that the customer service team received.
02 — Creative process
I created landing pages with customer resource information for each type of UV system that Nuvonic manufactures. In Hubspot, I then created an email automation workflow that would provide access to these customer resource pages after customers input the serial number to their UV system. Once the workflow was finalized, there were QR codes that were created to include in the packaging that would go out with each new system.
03 — Results
The workflow was successfully deployed and in the early stages of deployment was building up to 100 landing page visits per month.
