The aim of this project was to optimize the performance of our portfolio's Google Business Profiles. By implementing an enhancement service we'd be looking to increase profile interactions to translate into more lead generation and better conversion.
02 — Creative process
We implemented Rentable's Google Business Pro + Social AI service to optimize our portfolio's listings. This service is meant to increase interactions on the google business profile through automating daily posting to the Google Business Profile and regularly updating sections like the Q&A section of the listing.
03 — Results
Comparing Q1 2024 (before implementation) to Q1 2025(after implementation) we've seen about a 50% increase in the average leads per month from the Google Business Profile per property.
