At the time, there wasn't a centralized Marketing tool and CRM that Nuvonic was utilizing. The initial element of this hubspot implementation was connecting all the company social media accounts, website, and ad accounts.
The next step was to import all email lists that were being stored in excel documents to start centralizing data and beginning to track activities taken by these contacts like website visits, emails received, etc. My next step was creating a centralized dashboard of marketing initiatives and creating user accounts for multiple team members to try and encourage use of the social media scheduling tool and use of the online CRM.
